By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Streak is a free entertainment game provided in your web browser. A playing card is dealt and you call whether the next card will be higher or lower. The game keeps a streak count.
Streak is not a financial service. Specifically, it is not and does not provide:
No funds can be deposited, no funds can be withdrawn, and scores have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for anything.
Cards are shuffled using the random number generator provided by your web browser. The deal is not weighted for or against the player, and the game does not adapt the deck in response to your results.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time without notice.
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use automated means to interact with it in a way that places unreasonable load on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. As the service involves no money and no transactions, no financial loss can arise from gameplay itself.
This site is intended for users aged 18 or over.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
