A little. On a 7 the call is close to a coin flip, but on a 3 or a queen it is not — and because cards are dealt from a real deck without replacement, what has already appeared changes what is left. Players who pay attention to the depleted deck do better over a long run than players who guess blindly. That is the whole game.
Streak involves no wagering of any kind. There are no stakes, no bets, no buy-ins, no prizes and no payouts. You cannot deposit money, you cannot withdraw money, and your score cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for anything at all. It is a card game you play in a browser tab for fun.
